Rachel Karen Green, Phoebe Buffay-Hannigan and Monica Geller-Bing.


        Tell me you recall these names and  that you do it well, and if you have watched F.R.I.E.N.D.S Season 1 to 10 like I have, you are liable to say 'it's an all time favorite'. For every episode, right from where Jennifer Aniston first enters Central Perk wearing a wedding gown to when they all hand in their keys and finally leave the purple apartment, had us wanting for more. Right?



I particularly mentioned the names in the beginning because I believe that each of us (the ladies, ahem) have a little bit of Green, Buffay and Geller in us, some bits more predominant than the other. Therefore, this post is dedicated to three distinct fictional characters, whom we all love or hate. [ we haven't moved to 'loved' yet ] :) 

I'M GONNA GO GET ONE OF THOSE JOB THINGS. - RACHEL GREEN
     So, if we want to regard the Rachel Greens around us, well let's say they seem to have it all. They are the pretty ones , usually confused and hence a bit complicated. Emotionally vulnerable, they tend to wear their hearts on their sleeve. Unorganized in a lot of ways and mostly forgetful, the Greens are undoubtedly the best of  friends and yes, they do have their way when it comes to fashion.

     When we observe the Phoebe species, we realize that they are the cool ones. With unrestrained imaginations and a spontaneous nature, the Buffays are certainly the type who choose to live in the moment doing everything that comes their way. They are naive and if they want to, they will wear mixed prints and sing random singsongs, because c'mon their kind are the ones who utterly believe in 'Being Yourself'.

WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD. IT SUCKS. - MONICA GELLER
     And finally moving on to Team Monica, who have a steady desire to take control, whether it is a birthday surprise or a dinner get-together. They consider small details and using logic often let their heads decide. Not to forget how competitive they can get (at times). However it is the Monicas amongst us who sorta keep things in order and they are definitely the tribe you can count on.
Who do you think resembles you most?

1. The Fashionable, Sweet yet Stubborn Rachel

2. The Assertive, Smart and Competitive Monica

3. The Quirky, Outgoing but Kind Phoebe


 Also you could be a Green , a Buffay, a Geller or a blended mix of the trio, but at the end it all comes up to being who you are and who you were meant to be. So until next time, amidst all the drama and the living that you do, don't forget to be You.

P.S : I didn't deliberately exclude Joey, Chandler and Ross from this post, it just happened to turn into an 'only girls' matter  or maybe it was because Beyonce repeatedly sang, 

"Who run the world? Girls!" in the background. (Flashback to 5 years ago)
